Potrero Road, Newbury Park, CA 91320. All work described in the Scope of Work and Specification is for removal and disposal of existing HVAC unit, replacement, and installation of new HVAC unit. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of the NPS contract and Scope of Work and Specifications. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be under $25,000. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation.
