The existing roof top solar array will be disconnected and removed for the new roof construction, then reinstalled. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits required to successfully complete the work. SITE VISIT AND PROJECT LOCATION. An organized site visit is scheduled to take place at the headquarters building on Tuesday, July 30th, 11am PDT. While not mandatory, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Solicitation is changed as follows: (1) New Attachment 7, Initial Site Visit Info and Q&A. This includes detailed questions/answers from the first site visit that occurred July 30th. A second site visit is scheduled for Friday, August 16th, at 11am PDT at same location - see details below. (2) New Attachment 8, Revised Terms-Provisions-Clauses, changes made to Sections B, J, and L.
