The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) West, Point Reyes Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price Sole Source award to California Aquastore, 2121 Marshal Trail, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 for repair of the Manzanita Lake Water Tank located at the Manzanita Lake Campground in Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO), Shasta County, CA. The tank was recently damaged when a large tree fell on the tank. The National Park Service intends to procure the required repair services from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be an acquisition for construction services using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million. California Aquastore is the sole manufacturer that makes the required parts needed for the tank repair; they are the factory authorized distributor and installer of Aquastore storage tanks and other CST Industries, Inc. products throughout California and Northern Nevada. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice. Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide the required services may contact the Contracting Officer, Alanna Gardner at alanna_gardner@nps.gov, with documentation how their firm is capable of providing these services for consideration by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive
