Craters of the Moon National Monument Arco, Idaho Project Title: Interior Repair of Campground Bathroom Facility The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the interior repairs and improvements to the campground bathroom facility. The intent of this project is to restore and improve the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility to meet applicable public use, accessibility, and durability standards. Floor Leveling, Epoxy Coating Replacement, Toilet Stall Partition Replacement, Fixture Replacement, Sinks (4 Units), Toilets (3 Units), Urinal (1 Unit) Deliverables: The Contractor shall provide the following upon completion: • Fully leveled and resurfaced concrete flooring • New epoxy coatings on all specified floor and wall surfaces • Installed toilet stall partitions in accordance with specifications • 4 new sinks, 3 toilets, and 1 urinal installed and operational • Site cleaned and free of debris Period of Performance: 7/01/2025-9/30/2025 The NAICS code is 238990: All Other Specialty Trade Contractors $ 19.0.
