This is a 4-plex single level apartment complex. The work of this contract consists of the rehabilitation of the Kalaloch Apartments, to include removal, abatement, and disposal of asbestos containing materials. Project removal and replacement of all gypsum board finishes, doors, cabinets, heating devices, plumbing fixtures, and existing metal standing seam roofing and underlayment. includes providing new electrical and installing ABAAS compliant entry walks.
