The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs.
