Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contract shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Custodial and Ground Care Services for Nez Perce National Historical Park at (1) Canoe Camp Site in Orofino, Idaho, (2) Heart of the Monster Site in Kamiah, Idaho, and (3) White Bird Battlefield Site in White Bird, Idaho.
