This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $25 million. General Description of Requirement: Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts, and materials necessary to properly inspect, test, and maintain (ITM) fire detection and notification systems and their components and security systems at Olympic National Park. ITM will be needed at all noted locations, however, ONLY 5 LOCATIONS will need both fire and security monitoring. The period of performance will be 8/15/2024 through 8/14/2025, with up to a possible four additional option years. Please see attachments for details. Type of Contract: The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order to a single vendor as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
