The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. **DESCRIPTION:** The work consists of the following: Conduct testing and inspection services on portable fire extinguishers (or PFEs); the majority of the PFEs are type ABC (i.e. multipurpose) and the remaining are water extinguishers within Mount Rainier National Park (MORA). The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the inspection, testing and possible disposal. This does not include PFE replacement or purchase. The location takes place at Longmire in the Facilities Maintenance area on the west side of Mount Rainier National Park.
