The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. The existing chilled water pump, expansion tank, air separator, chemical pot feeder and other accessories shall be removed. A new concrete pad and CMU enclosure with access gate shall be constructed next to the existing chiller enclosure for the new pump and accessories. New power for the pump shall be pulled from the nearby electrical panel. Trenching for power from Panel “I” to the new pump is required. The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction.
