## Description

This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of small businesses to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The National Park Service has a requirement for a delivery of liquid propane at Death Valley National Park.

The contractor shall provide approximately 15,000 to 18,000 gallons of liquid propane, to the eleven (11) NPS owned propane tanks, located within Death Valley National Park. The size of the propane tanks is in the attached statement of work, for each location. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 211130 ¿ Natural Gas Extraction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 in number of employees. Vendors responding to this sources sought notice should include the following information:

1. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number and email address.

2. Information about qualifications or a capabilities statement.

3. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, ISBEE). Vendors should provide information regarding this announcement by emailed message to Michelle_A_Harrison@nps.gov no later than July 31, 2024 at 5:00 PM (PD) with 140P8124Q0063in the subject line.
