The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 with a size standard of $45 Mil. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Place of performance is the River Mountain Loop Trail within NPS Boundary from approximately Mile Marker 11.5 to 13.5 and 19 to 27.5 in Clark Country, NV (located within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area).
