Work may include but is not limited to: asphalt road and parking, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, trail improvements between the upper and lower parking areas and to the Island Forest Nature Trail, wall repointing, and utility improvements. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990 with a size standard of $19 Mil. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $100,000 and $5,000,000. Place of performance will be Baker, NV 89311. The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about May 14,2024 and will be posted to SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
