This includes the preparation of surfaces, to include low pressure washing and cleaning of all exterior surfaces and the removal and reapplication of deteriorating caulk. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6426Q0106 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Scotts Bluff, NE will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Experience, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238140, and the size standard is $19 million.
