Work will consist of cleaning asphalt surfaces/cracks in preparation for crack seal and fog sealing applications. Roadway and parking lots will be restriped with pavement markings according to MUTCD standards using blue, yellow and white roadway pavement paint. Stanford Rd will have old asphalt ground down to remove all pavement and subbase material leaving a 10¿ roadway. Fill dirt will be hauled in to restore ground areas back to naturalized state. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6426Q0073 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by July 2017 with performance to begin in August 2026. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cuyahoga County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical Capability, Prior Experience, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 237310, and the size standard is $45 million. This project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
