This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0114 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 321113 and the small business size standard is 550 employees. (v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options). (vi) Zion National Park, a unit of the National Park Service is seeking Split Rail Fencing Materials in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around September 2025. (vii) Period of performance will 120 calendar days after receipt of an award. All materials shall be delivered within that time. (viii & xiii) Please see the attached Combined Synopsis for a complete list of provisions and clauses that apply to this solicitation.
