This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0036 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 561790 and the small business size standard is $9.0M. (v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) Cuyahoga Valley National Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in Cuyahoga County and Summit County, OH, is seeking water delivery service in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around July 2025. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations for Cuyahoga County and Summit County, OH will apply. (vii) Period of performance will be from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, with government option to exercise up to four additional option years.
