SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6425Q0035 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by June 2025 with performance to begin in June 2025. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cuyahoga County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Price, Technical and Prior Experience North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238160, and the size standard is $19 million.
