Voyageurs National Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in St. Louis County, MN, is seeking to award a service contract for carpet replacement in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in September 2024. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination for St. Louis County, MN will apply. The period of performance will be 60 days from notice of contract award and work will be performed at the following address: Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center 9940 Cedar Lane Kabetogama, MN 56669 Work will be inspected for approval upon completion. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday August 29, 2024 at the address listed above at 9:00 AM CT.
