Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, products, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, incidentals, and other services and expertise necessary to install 6 inches of compacted SB2 base materials to all areas. The roads primarily consist of a clay base with remnants of SB2 gravel. The roads have minimum base material remaining to recover due to traffic and storm washout. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6224Q0019 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early July 2024 with performance to begin shortly thereafter with a period of performance not greater than 90 days. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Boone County, Arkansas will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical (which includes Experience), Past Performance, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 237310, and the size standard is $19 million. This project is a 100% / Total Small Business Set-Aside SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
