Repair front porch sofit and facing. Removal of existing wood and aluminum siding and replacement with concrete fiber siding, house wrap, and sheathing repairs if necessary. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6224Q0018 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early July 2024 with performance to begin in October 2024. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Garfield County, Utah will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical (which includes Experience), Past Performance, and Price North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238160, and the size standard is $19 million. This project is a 100% / Total Small Business Set-Aside SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
