(ii) The National Park service is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) 140P6025Q0041, for the performance of water restoration and black water clean-up services in order to mitigate the health and safety concerns to staff that utilize the facility at Hot Springs National Park, located in Hot Springs, AK. The park estimates that there are Quarters building 70 basements are approximately 600 square feet (two at 300 sq ft each) and Quarters building 71 basements are approximately 600 square feet (two at 300 sq ft each). Work shall be completed in accordance with the provided Scope of Work (SOW). All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. The Solicitation Number is 140P6025Q0041 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03.
