Grant National Historic Site, St. Louis, Missouri, on or about January 15, 2025. The NAICS code is 541720 - Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities, with a small business size standard of $28M. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The work involves performing work as defined in the Scope of Work (SOW) which will be provided when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation and SOW. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from the solicitation with an award to the offeror providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation, once issued. Evaluation of quotes will be based on the following in the Solicitation: 1) Technical (Strategy, Personnel, Schedule, etc.) 2) Past Performance 3) Price The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Form (SF18), Scope of Work and other documents as required.
