Replace existing asphalt shingle roofs with new architectural asphalt high wind shingle roofing system that is rated for up to 150 mph winds on both the left and the right breezeway. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The Lost Colony site has multiple buildings that are used to support the outdoor waterside amphitheater's production of the lost colony. This project is to replace the asphalt shingle roof on the left and the right side of the open-air breezeways. The left and the right breezeway are approximately the same size but have some minor differing open areas that are allowing for live trees to grow through the roof. Each side (LEFT and RIGHT) of the breezeway is approximately 8,115 SQFT in total roof covering, so the approximate total amount of asphalt shingle being replaced is 16,230 SQFT. The NAICS code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors. and the size standard is $16.5 million.
