County: Guilford County NC Applicable Conditions ¿ Contractor is required to furnish all personnel and material to meet the requirements specified in the contract work statement. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value (LPTA) to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 339950 Sign manufacturing, Size Standards in Number of Employees 500.
