It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide professional, proficient and effective grounds keeping care of the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC) buildings and grounds. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. **A site visit is scheduled for April 9th 2026, at 10:00AM CT.
