It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace all wall and floor tile, all fixtures such as sinks, commodes, partitions, mirrors, grad bars, urinals, and hand dryers in the comfort station restrooms, in the current footprint used as before, to Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS), ensuring all work is done safely to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and meets county, state, and federal laws and all applicable regulations and Tennessee codes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
