Work to include the removal and stripping of all paint/finish from existing windows and hardware, removal of all rust and deterioration, repair/replacement of any damaged or inoperable features or hardware, replacement of broken glazing (3 individual panes), refinishing with NPS-approved materials and color selections (prime, body and finish coats), and site cleanup.
