Is there opportunity for overages or should we base this bid on a much higher volume? A: There is opportunity for overages of a reasonable nature. Q: What does \"stand alone\" mean? A: Stand-alone means a smaller desktop type unit, not something large with a stand. Still needs to have all three functions: copies, prints, and scans. These locations will not do a great volume of printing so they will not need a larger unit. Q: There is no info on paper trays.
