Providing temporary field housing for partners (non-profit/non-government organization staff, graduate students, and other outside personnel that work on BICY resources) is a limiting factor for the wildlife program. **Trailer Mandatory Specifications:** 1 kitchen with: Stove/Range Sink Microwave Refrigerator Table with seating 1 bathroom with: Lockable door Sink Toilet Shower 2 separate sleeping areas with: At least 1 lockable door in between the sleeping areas At least 1 actual bed in each area (not including sofa beds or convertible beds) Storage in each sleeping area Sleeping areas must be located on opposite ends of the trailer. This contract will include any warning labels, auditory alarms, lighting, frame, braking performance, electrical and cooling system, and any other safety and performance standard required in compliance with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and any other applicable regulations.
