National Park Service seeks QUOTATIONS OR OFFERS for Hazardous Fuel Reduction MASTICATION services within the Tuefel Community of Big Cypress National Preserve in Ochopee FL (Collier County). Solicitation 140P5224Q0058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, which authorize use of simplified procedures for the acquisition of supplies and services in amounts greater than the simplified acquisition threshold $250,000. SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Size Standard: $34 Million (annual receipts) under NAICS code 115310, Support Activities for Forestry. ACQUISITION PROCEDURES: This solicitation and any resultant contract award will be governed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, which incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR FAC 2024-05 May 22, 2024.
