The previous date of replacement was in 2004. The vinyl tile is very near the end of its¿s lifecycle and needs replacement. See the Statement of Work for further details. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Firm Fixed Price less than $25,000 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercials services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238330. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
