## Description

**GULF ISLANDS SOLID WASTE COLLECTION/DISPOSAL AND RECYCLE LOCATION/SITES:** GULF BREEZE, FL (FORT PICKENS/NAVAL LIVE OAKS/JOHNSON AND OPAL BEACHES)

**SCOPE OF SERVICES:** Waste hauler shall provide waste collection, transportation, and disposal of garbage/recyclables.

**FRONT LOAD RENTAL SERVICES:** Waste hauler shall furnish sufficient 4, 6, and 8 cubic-yard dumpsters (flat top with Sliding door).

**FREQUENCY OF COLLECTION:** Weekly (One or Two pickup dates site/months dependent).

**CONTRACT DURATION:** Five years (base period APR-DEC 2024 plus up to four one-year option periods)

**NUMBER OF OFFERS RECEIVED:** Eleven (11) PROCEDURES USED: FAR PART 12 - ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR subpart 13.5 were used in awarding the contract.
