The existing asphalt shingle roof is approximately 18 years old and covers an area of approximately 4,000 square feet. The roof is at the end of its useful life and requires complete replacement. The goal is to provide a durable, watertight, and aesthetically appropriate roofing system that complies with all applicable National Park Service (NPS) standards, local building codes, and historical preservation guidelines. This procurement will be set-aside for Small Business (SB) firms. The NAICS code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors, with a small business size of $16,500,000.00.
