The primary objective of the project is to Replace the Pony Pen Hay Barn. The project shall demolish the old Barn building down to pilings and girders and construction of new Barn, lean too shed roof and walls to remain and be reattached to new building for Cape Hatteras National Seashore Ocracoke Island, North Carolina.
