SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P4326R0032. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about 8/20/2026 and will be posted to the U.S. government’s website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Hancock County, Maine will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, and the size standard is $45.0 million.
