SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P4325R0028. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about June 6, 2025, and will be posted to the U.S. government’s website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Spotsylvania County, Virginia will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the size standard is $19.0 million.
