PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about 05/20/2025 and will be posted to the U.S. government's website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Saratoga County, New York will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractor, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
