Work will consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, access, and supervision as required to restore an undermined foundation wall on the Blow-Me-Down Mill along with other masonry repairs to the historic mill structure. A detailed Statement of Work and specifications will be provided with final solicitation documents. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P4325R0004. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about 02/03/2025 and will be posted to the U.S. government’s website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Sullivan County, New Hampshire will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $45.0 million.
