## Description

The project will consist of the construction of three housing units: one single family and two triplexes. Demolition of the existing housing units. Demolition consists of four historic, Mission 66 era, single-story houses, and dilapidated mobile home. The project will also include but not be limited to parking, site work, utilities, and hazardous abatement for demolition.
