## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following revisions to the RFQuals: 1) Provide the final amendment for "Questions and Answers." 2) Emphasize Past Performance Questionnaires are to be collected by the contractors and may be included with their Section F submittals. 3) Extend the response due date by 7 days from:
