## Description

DETO 228872 This task order is for a Scope of Services change to incorporate the objective of the following scope adjustments is to reduce the ground disturbance at the west end of the project, eliminate unnecessary capital improvements and reduce overall project construction costs.

1. RV Parking ¿ Delete requirements for development of the RV parking areas. Existing configuration to remain.

2. Vehicle Parking ¿ Delete new parking configuration at existing 6 plex building and west of access road. Existing configuration to remain.

3. Site Sidewalks ¿ Delete new sidewalks west of access road. Existing configuration to remain.

4. Road Work ¿ Delete new developments of RV and Existing 6 Plex parking and roadways. Existing configuration to remain.

5. Site Stormwater ¿ Reconfigure site storm water at existing 6 plex and RV parking areas. Existing configuration to remain.

6. Basement ¿ Delete requirement for construction of basement on new 6 plex.

7. New 6 Plex Metal Roofing ¿ Incorporate Metal roofing into base scope. Delete option for metal roofing.

8. Site Utilities ¿ base project shall design a water, wastewater, power, telecom, etc., configuration and capacity for both the existing 6 plex and new 6 plex buildings.
