Perform a forensic critical path method (CPM) schedule delay analysis to identify and measure the project delays using the projects contemporaneously submitted project schedule and available project documentation, make a determination of the parties responsible for delaying each of the critical path work items, development of a detailed narrative report that consists of a detailed explanation of the documents reviewed, the forensic schedule delay analysis method used, and the findings that will identify the project delay caused by each party from July 2021 to Present.
