## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The National Park Services hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to:

Conserv Solutions Inc 5600 9TH AVE S Birmingham, AL 35212 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services. This contract is anticipated to have a period of performance of 3 years (04/01/2025-03/31/2028). Please see attached redacted Justification and Approval document for more information. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2.
