Description of Requirement
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Canyon Country District, has an immediate abatement need for post-flood cleanup and disaster abatement at the Sand Island Ranger Station, located in a remote area approximately 4 miles west of Bluff, Utah.

Flooding resulted from the San Juan River overtopping its banks and affected the following structures:

* Visitor Contact Center (~700 SF office/exhibition space - straw bale construction)
* Law Enforcement Office (~400 SF office and sleeping area)
* Residential Unit (~1,800 SF manufactured home ¿ work primarily limited to the crawl space)

The work includes hazard assessment, moisture mapping and documentation, standing water removal and drying, muck removal (excluding the residential unit), replacement of saturated flooring/baseboards and drywall where appropriate, HEPA air scrubbing, and proper disposal of debris. A detailed Statement of Work is attached.

Only vendors capable of mobilizing quickly to a remote location in southeastern Utah and performing the required abatement work should compete for award.
