## Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a sole source task order to Trimble Inc in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for software and firmware updates, site support and maintenance of Trimble-brand equipment. Please see the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for additional information. Any other responsible entity who is an authorized dealer of Trimble equipment may submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement, and it shall be considered by the agency for the purposes of determining whether to hold a competition or proceed with a noncompetitive action.
