While the Government will furnish certain consumable items (as detailed in Section 6.6), all other materials and supplies will be provided by the Contractor. High standards of cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained at all times. The Contractor is expected to perform all services in accordance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Open and responsive communication with designated BLM personnel is essential to meet specific needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure consistent service quality throughout the term of the contract. These janitorial services represent a vital operational support function that contributes directly to the professionalism, safety, and efficiency of BLM operations.
