The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using \"ALL or NONE\" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable. This contract will include a base bid of 3.800 tons of Road Base and 6,000 tons of Granular fill with optional bid items for up to an additional 380 tons of Road base and 900 tons of Granular fill. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Green River District BLM office requires this road base to surface and fill the McCoy Flats Campsite.
