Note: The BLM understands that equipment availability may change daily. Vendors are encouraged to submit mini excavators that meet or exceeds the Required / Salient Characteristics specified in the Statement of Need below. BLM will consider the cost versus benefit when comparing equipment models, sizes, attachments, and features. Award Basis: Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable method.
