The procedures in FAR subpart 12.201-1 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. Flying W, Inc is the only manufacturer, distributor, and installer of equine-specific tilt chutes at this time. Equine-specific chutes are used at the corrals for medical and hoof care on horses not yet able to be worked by hand. The performance period is from date of award through September 30, 2026.
